Marion’s research-backed methods are based on two decades of management experience with high-end brands such as Gucci and Mercedes-Benz. Customer Audit & Map

We will perform a thorough customer base audit by looking at your current customer base, finding your most profitable segments and analyze growth opportunities.

You’ll also map out your ideal customer journey and customer experience delivery, designing a signature purchase and post-purchase experience for your luxury brand.

Clienteling Blueprint

We will review your current efforts across your current customer experience, customer lifetime value and retention & referrals. We’ll identify & prioritize commercial opportunities and customer goals for the short-, medium and long-term, both online and offline.

We’ll create a strategic blueprint for each area specifically to your business setup and product suite.

 

Strategic Plan & Performance Review

We’ll create a strategic customer management, clienteling & CRM plan for your brand. The strategic plan will bring together all components under one umbrella, with clear focus areas and a detailed implementation plan.

You’ll also capture and track important key performance indicators (KPI’s) so you will know how you are doing and can adjust accordingly.

Implementation Support & Resources

You will get specific feedback and private support from Marion during your time in Luxury Clients On Repeat™. Marion only accepts a very limited number of clients to ensure the highest level of program delivery and focus.

There will be two (2) monthly private session via Zoom and email support in between.
