We identify & prioritize opportunities for the short-, medium and long-term.
We’ll also create a blueprint of your signature customer journey and fine-tune your ideal client avatar.
Strategy & Initiatives
We will review your current clienteling & retention efforts and create a strategic plan to maximize the opportunities we discovered in the Client Base Assessment.
I’ll advise you on the initiatives that best suit your chosen strategy and together we’ll map out the top three strategic initiatives out in detail.
Implementation & KPI
We’ll craft an implementation plan and timeline that will make it easy for you (and/or your team) to implement.
We’ll also define how you can capture and track important key performance indicators (KPI’s) so you will know exactly how you are doing.
After 6 weeks we’ll schedule a hour-long implementation review session to answer any questions that might have popped up in the meantime.
